G2 Crowd names AskNicely as High Performer in Enterprise Feedback Software category

AskNicely recognized in Enterprise Feedback Management based on user reviews

Business software review platform G2 Crowd recently named AskNicely as a “High Performer” in the Enterprise Feedback Software category where it topped competitors on every measure of customer satisfaction.

The latest G2 Crowd report on Enterprise Feedback Management software ranks the best software platforms against satisfaction (based on reviews from authenticated customers) and market presence (based on factors like employee count and market share).

AskNicely won top honours in all eight customer satisfaction categories, beating established incumbents Medallia, ClickTools, Qualtrics and Confirmit. These categories included product direction, support, ease of use/setup and the Net Promoter Score measure where AskNicely was the only platform to earn a perfect 100 score.

AskNicely also topped the rankings for the shortest implementation time and the highest rate of user adoption. The report noted how customers rate AskNicely highly for ease of use, response rates and customer support.

In reviews posted on G2 Crowd, 100% of customers rated it 4 or 5 stars and 100% of users believe AskNicely is headed in the right direction.
