You Can Now Tag Your Teammates in AskNicely

So we’ve made it possible for you to add a note and tag a team member using @ and their name, and they’ll get notified (by email or push notification).

How It Works

Let’s say you get an NPS rating of 7 from a customer requesting a feature update.

Now you can just tag a responsible teammate by using the “@” symbol followed by their name. That teammate will get a mobile push notification in the AskNicely mobile app and via email that they have been tagged in the conversation.
