AskNicely Welcomes New CEO, Kirsten Newbold-Knipp!

AskNicely Team

After 8 years as the Co-founder & CEO of AskNicely, Aaron Ward is passing the baton on to Global SaaS Leader, Kirsten Newbold-Knipp!

With his co-founder, Aaron built AskNicely from the ground up, starting out in none-other than the humble garden shed. Since then, he’s built the team and the tech that has transformed the way people-powered businesses use customer feedback to empower frontline teams and make every experience awesome.

As Aaron steps into his new role as Co-founder & Chief Strategy Officer, he reflects on the time that has been with immense gratitude for every individual who rallied around, and continues to rally around the AskNicely mission.

Reflecting upon this pivotal moment with many emotions, I want to express my appreciation to all those who have poured their hearts into AskNicely. To our team, our customers, our partners, our investors, and our families - our success is born of your support, and belief in our mission to make frontline work more rewarding.”

Aaron also hands over his (bright purple) CEO hat with immense confidence and pride as Kirsten takes the reins.

Kirsten brings a wealth of go-to-market SaaS experience, a visionary mindset, and a deep passion for our mission. Her leadership will undoubtedly propel AskNicely to even greater heights, and I am confident that she is the perfect fit to lead us into the future.” he says.

As a seasoned GTM leader and a recovering hotelier, Kirsten has customer service and experience ingrained in her DNA. She has over two decades of experience bringing tech products to market from HubSpot to Intel to Bigcommerce, and an unquestionable determination and passion to transform customer experience through authentically empowering folks on the frontline.

With thanks to our board members and to our talented team that is Living in the Purple, I’m grateful for your trust and partnership in this next chapter because we’re playing to win. Let’s go!”

Buckle up, we’re about to make some magic.
